   I second Craigs List. You can also try calling real estate offices who might manage properties, or at least point you in the right direction of a reputable management company.

   here’s a really good directory to go to….if you go to http://realestateforsaleinmassachusetts.com/ and check out some of the "featured" agents websites, you can search all the available rentals…sounds confusing, but it’s actually pretty easy. good luck
