How do I find an apartment for rent in Budapest that’s not for just a vacation?

I live in California at the moment, but I have relatives in Hungary. I would like to spend a year or so in Budapest to be near to them. I’ve been looking online for apartments in Budapest but all that turn up are ones that rent for 100 euros a day or 7500 forints a week?

How can I find a legit website to find a secure, long term apartment in Budapest?
