What are reasonable grounds for leaving a rental apartment in Manitoba without 30 days notice?

We have been living in a rental for about 7 months now and it is a month to month lease. Just today we noticed huge amounts of spider webs and eggs all over every window in addition to the high number of spiders we see all over the apartment. Since we are both arachnophobic can we leave the apartment for June 1 on the grounds that this can be considered an infestation?
