This project is prepared by a group of New York City High School students to act against the evil.

After seeing the owner’s ad in the Sheppard Place, the condo cleaner Brian(416 660 7457) called him on Aug 22, 2007 and later Brian went to the apartment to give his accomplice Gwen’s phone number to the owner and said that she will be there soon to rent it and (The owner did not suspect it was a conspiracy hatched by them – a serious criminal offence) she went there in 30 minutes and the deal was done and recorded in video.

Conspiracy means getting into an agreement with an intention of doing an unlawful act – here, not paying the rent for the last EIGHT months as per the rent agreement.

Now Brian, the condo cleaner whom you may met at the lobby, is making stories to escape from this criminal act of conspiracy. Beware that every conversation was recorded in the owner’s video camera.
The Management(Tel:416292 6806) is protecting these thugs and the criminals inorder to manipulate the owners(Refer the letter of the Manager).

Message to the City of Toronto Police:

These criminals threat to the owner and his associates are taken seriously, and if anything happens non other than Brian, Gwen and their accomplices will be responsible and now its evident that they are using fake names and fake ID’s.

PS: Once paid in full, this may come down, or will be used in court.
