I live nearby this place & the location is good. It is NOT close to Bellevue Square Mall as shown in the video (you have to drive there), but it is close to Factoria Mall (which is walking distance) & Factoria Mall is not shown in this video. And no, you don't get the view of Seattle as shown in this video as well. It's just a residential area. They exaggerate a lot here so you have if you plan on renting here, go there & see for yourself. It’s now called ” …
