		<description>That&#039;s really weird--- normally, property managers prefer to get all the adults living in the unit to sign the lease, because that way there&#039;s more people they can potentially go after later if it things go bad. Also, this establishes whom exactly is allowed to reside there.

I can&#039;t see any reason why they wouldn&#039;t let two people sign the lease. There&#039;s no downside for the property management. Are you sure you&#039;re making yourself understood to the places you&#039;ve contacted? This shouldnt be any problem.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
