Hey everyone!

All new video. This one shows off the building process of my latest creation, the Esplanade Apartments. Why Esplanade? Not sure. Acutally, thats a lie. These apartments look awesome right next to the beach! Which is how Esplanade ties into the name…so…you get it? Good!

The song used in this video is Dare, by Gorillaz. Great song, excellent beat. Very catchy!

I’m planning to move to Indianapolis, and I’m looking for any helpful recommendations on good apartments. Also, are there any areas I should steer clear of? I would like to stay under $675 and I also have a small dog.

None, I lived there for 10 years.I guess the only decent area would be northside of town, fishers ,carmel. But it may be more expensive. East side is bad, so is west. southside white trash area.

My gf and I are planning to move into an apartment together our senior year of college, and for the sake of our parents, we are looking for a one bedroom apartment that has a lease for two people. After looking around, we can only find one bedroom apartments with a one person signing lease. Are there one bedroom apartments with a double signing lease to all?

Yes, we do two people on a lease for a one bedroom all the time. It does make things easier in terms of dealing with security deposits and other issues though if it’s just one person on the lease.

I need to find an apartment either in the Los Angeles area (where I live currently) or in Brooklyn, New York where my mother lives. I can’t find any Brooklyn apartments online all of them are like in downtown Brooklyn where I don’t want to live… Please help.

A college says there are privately owned apartments on the campus for students. Does this mean one can live there with his girlfriend. And is there any rule, not that we are planning to break any laws.

It means that there are apartments there that are not owned by the school. That the rules regarding who lives there and who does not, how long the leases are, how much the deposits are, how they approve people to live there…. these are decisions NOT made by the school, but by the folks who own the apartments. (Most importantly it means that paying for your housing is not connected with your financial aid account at the school at all.).

Also be aware most apartment complexes require you to sign leases in months, rather than semesters. So find out how long they want you to agree to stay there before you commit to anything. You don’t want to have to stay in a place long after you have graduated, transferred, or gone home for Christmas or Summer break!!!
