What is the difference between unfurnished & furnished apartments?

I’m looking to find my first apartment & I would like to know the difference.

Furniture – furnished apartments come with furniture and unfurnished apartments have no furniture.

  1. Furniture – furnished apartments come with furniture and unfurnished apartments have no furniture.

  2. A studio furnished apartment *may* come with table, 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 end tables, 1 lamp and a sofa bed.
