What is the price difference for rent between furnished and unfirnished apartments in Toronto?

I know prices vary depending location, quality of residence etc, but I am trying to get a general idea about a) rent rates for a two bedroom apartment in an "ok" area (i.e. not dangerous, not too isolated from everything, etc–in other words, an average location); b) the usual difference in rent between furnished and unfirnished. For example, are furnished ones almost always the same amount of money more expensive than their unfirnished counterparts? Thanks.

i recall about six years ago.
A furnished apartment around AVENUE road and South of St. Claire… was around $650. ROOM no kitchen
and the room was fully furnished… except for a TV.
i think at the time you could get an unfurnished room for $200 / month less.

Oh… another buddy lived YOnge and bloor… he was paying $750 furnished around the same time.

Today.. in Oakville… i rent my furnished basement one bedroom apartment for about $900 /month

does that help?
good luck
