Slowing Down Your Life and Relaxing
Our lives are crazy enough most of the time and then we make it worse by letting TV tell us what we should be trying to accomplish. Not only your physical health, but your sanity can take a beating from this overwhelm affect. That really means you need to slow things down some and reflect.
Of course there are many ways to do this, one of those ways being yoga or a regular workout. Nothing feels better than the relaxation you get when you finish a really great workout. Another option that I have used with great success are meditation tapes that help you to relax though powerful mental suggestions. Being comfortable when you are doing these is really important so having a comfortable with with silk sheets of something with extreme comfort adds to the experience.
